Niko is a corporate and securities lawyer admitted to practice in both British Columbia and New York.  He has experience advising on domestic and cross-border business combinations, the continuous disclosure obligations of public companies reporting with the British Columbia Securities Commission and the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, securities offerings in Canada and the United States, as well as listings on the TSX, the NYSE and the AIM market of the LSE.  His practice involves advising domestic and international clients operating in a variety of industries on corporate finance, M&A and securities law related matters.
