Gwen has more than 24 years of experience working as a paralegal for boutique law firms in Vancouver, specializing in securities and corporate matters, and has been corporate secretary of various junior resource companies since 2003. She has worked on a variety of securities-related and corporate transactions, including private placements, reorganizations, prospectus filings and exchange listings. In addition, she assists with continuous disclosure filings and regulatory compliance, filings with the TSX Venture Exchange and Canadian Securities Exchange, corporate registry filings, and all aspects of shareholder meetings.  Gwen holds a Master of Laws degree from Utrecht University, The Netherlands, graduating with distinction in 1991.
